This page contains a collection of poems by Ron Hammond.  Ron RonH graduated in 1992 from Wheatland High School in Wheatland,Missouri, where he played basketball. In 1997, Ron graduated from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation.  Ron lives near Wheatland, Missouri, and enjoys riding horses, hunting, fishing, writing poetry, and is a 5th-generation farrier.

I would like to dedicate this page to all of my teachers, family, friends and co-workers that have encouraged me, inspired me and asked me to continue writing poetry and sharing God's words. I want to thank my Dad, Carl, for showing me that real men can testify and talk about God. Finally, to the Elkton Baptist Church family for allowing me to share my poetry with them, and to God for giving me my gift, I say, "Thank You" to you all!
